- Band 5-8
There were two parents in the beginning band who learned alto sax during the 93/94 school year. The beginning band program (5th grade) began strongly and remained strong (90% participation). The concert band program (grades 6-8) started weakly (10% participation) and grew steadily during the four years from August 1990 to June 1994 ending with about 50% participation.
- General Music 4-8
The general music classes spent about 30% of their time in the new computerlab exploring MIDI and HyperCard music software with emphasis on composition and data bases.
- Chorus 6-8
The chorus averaged 15 students per semester. MIDI software was used to create accompaniments and rehearsal tapes due to the lack of an accompanist.
