I am Greg Vinson, your host. I was certified to teach Computer Science in Washington State last century and gave afternoon and evening Internet classes from time to time through both the Port Townsend Parks and Recreation Department and the Port Townsend School District. I was a college computerlab assistant for seven years.Here, I list some of the technological services I have performed. Click on these links to find out more about my training and work history.

I help beginners and experienced users alike with a wide range of applications. My strongest areas are all aspects of the Internet, troubleshooting just about any problem with Macs, and MIDI applications (I am also a certified Music teacher so MIDI is a natural for me).I am an avid software programmer and have extensively studied digital hardware as well as more esoteric subjects such as boolean algebra and machine language.
Here is a list of my fees:Phone and e-mail are charged at this rate on a services rendered basis. I only charge for phone calls if I am talking you through a procedure, troubleshooting or something similar. I do not charge for estimates, making arrangements, just saying hello, etc.

I used to be a professional webmaster for other domains such as www.tobe.net but now work only on my own websites I did most of the scanning and graphics for the websites mentioned above.
I have been writing programs in almost every language for Mac and PC since 1982.I can write or customize an application tailored specifically to your needs.
I am open to any internet related work that allows me to telecommute.
Educational programming is a serious avocation for me.
I can train you or your staff in almost any aspect of computer use. I have very broad experience and training.I worked in college computer labs helping students with everything from basic computer skills to troubleshooting their programs for seven years.
I have given general Internet classes to adults and children covering things like basic e-mail functions and web surfing and research.
I was certified to teach computer science in Washington last century.
