area from Peters’ easement: 203 sq. ft.
area from Ueda’s easement: 268 sq. ft.
area from Brooks’ easement: 2 sq. ft.

Here Polly is standing at point "X". The few feet from the road to point X would be graded. This proposal meets County Standards.

Here is a photo of the west edge of the drawing. Point Y is approximately where the tree is on the right side of the photo. The "Z" painted into the picture is approximately where point Z is, of course. The land taken for this proposal would be from the existing road to Y and Z, with a curve from Z to the existing roadbed.
