Ridgeaugementation procedures is used primarily to create an aesthetic and functional situation for arestorative dentist so that replacement teeth will look as natural as possible. The following case illustrates this , the treatment planning and the restorative care was completed by Dr Henry Nichols in Port Townsend, Washington.

1. This patient was seen on an emergency, with a fractured left maxillary
central incisor. Radiographically both the central incisors were considered
to have a poor prognosis and were subsequently extracted.
