Non-OlympusNet Server Support

OlympusNet Technical Support is available to help the OlympusNet customer diagnose a connection, email or domain related problem that is related to a non-OlympusNet server. This may be either another service provider or your own email or web server.

This support service includes one or more of the following:

  • Identifying the other server
  • Defining the probable cause
  • Recommending a solution
  • A conference call that you schedule with OlympusNet and a technician from your other provider or network consultant

Costs

  • $30 per incident OR
  • Free when problems are caused by OlympusNet
