NOT-HOSTED-ON OLYMPUSNET DOMAIN MAILBOX ACCOUNT

The Not-Hosted-On-OlympusNet Domain Mailbox Account (xyz@yourcompanyname.com) is for customers who want OlympusNetMail but have a domain name which is not hosted on olympus.net.

Your DNS host will need to point the MX record to mx1.olympus.net.
Your host's DNS entry for that is typically:

IN MX 10 mx1.olympus.net. (the trailing . is significant)

Before your host enables the MX record, be sure to confirm that OlympusNet has already set up your domain and is ready to accept mail for it. OlympusNet also needs to set up the mailbox for the domain administrator. Once that has been done, the domain administrator can set up additional mailboxes and aliases and fully manage the domain.
