Changing Your Username

Changing your username changes your email address but retains all the settings for the mailbox. See our guidelines on choosing a username.

If you change your username, you may also have your email forwarded from the old address to the new address for one month at no extra charge.

Costs

• $15 for each username change
• Note: There is no charge if cancelling a mailbox and adding another mailbox at the same time
