2. Single click on your existing account (this may be your olympus.net account or another account, such as gte.net, if you are moving from another server) and choose Properties. |

3. The Name field should include your own name. Enter your Real Name, if it is not already entered. This will be the name that others see when you send them email. The E-mail address field should include your username (which you selected when first signing on with OlympusNet) followed by @olympus.net. For example, if your name is Joe Smith and your username is jsmith, you would enter jsmith@olympus.net |

4. For Incoming Mail, enter mail.olympus.net and for Outgoing Mail, enter smtp.olympus.net Your account name is the username you selected when you signed up with OlympusNet. Your password is the password we selected for you; it is a multi-character set of letters, numbers, and characters. Enter both the username and the password (carefully) into the corresponding fields. |

5. Click on the Connection tab. You should see a check mark next to "Always connect to this account using:" If it is not checked, please check it by single clicking in its checkbox. Choose OlympusNet from the drop-down list (depending on your dialup connection, it may be under a different name). DO NOT select a different dialer from your Internet Explorer setup (this could be represented by a "Connect using xxx-xxxx number.") Instead, choose OlympusNet. Click OK. |

6. Now you should have an entry for OlympusNet under the Account
column, which is named the same as your POP/SMTP
server by default (either mail.olympus.net or smtp.olympus.net). You can
change this under the General tab by clicking on Properties.
Under the Connection column, it should say Dial-Up:
OlympusNet.
7. Click Close to finish.
