QUICK GUIDE TO CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

After your password has been changed, you will receive an authentication failure when you try to connect to OlympusNet. You will need to enter the new password to connect or get your email. When you attempt to connect, a box will pop up saying authentication failed.

There may be a box that will ask you to re enter your username or password. Type in the new password in the password box, do not change the username, and click OK. The system should then connect and remember the new password. If you do not get a password box automatically, choose your operating system or program below and follow the instructions for manually changing your password.
