QUICK GUIDE TO CHANGING YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD

After a requested password change is made, you will receive an authentication failure when you try to access your OlympusNet mailbox. You will need to enter the new password to get your email. When you attempt to get your email, a box will pop up saying authentication failed.

There may be a box that will ask you to re enter your username or password. Type in the new password in the password box, do not change the username, and click OK.
