What is the current state of OlympusNet
Spam Filtering?
In March 2004, OlympusNet enabled our DoubleVerify spam filter.
It is one of a series of filters that OlympusNet uses to assure an exceptionally high spam
reject rate along with low errors for treating legitimate mail as spam (false positives).
We believe that our spam filtering is of exceptional quality.
Mail that successfully passes through DoubleVerify, then is assigned a spam 'weight'.
A customer's AccountManager Spam Settings determine
how that mail is delivered.

The preferred way is to go to the AccountManager, then to Spam Box,

page, login, then click on the "Spam" folder. For more information
on using Webmail, see Using
OlympusNet Webmail.

What do I do?
You may add addresses to the Block List in the AccountManager. You may also set up Prefix Mail Aliases to
use when you visit web sites that might sell your address. You may change Prefix Mail Aliases as often
as you'd like.
