What happens when I use Certified Email?

After your email is sent, you will receive a return message containing the Tracking Number for your email. The return message is sent to the address that was used to authenticate your connection to the OlympusNet Email server while sending the Certified message.

Here is a sample of a return message:

A Certified Email message was received from your example@olympus.net
account, with the following message details:

From: "John Doe" <example@olympus.net>
To: <joe@example.com>
Cc: <certified@olympus.net>
Subject: test of certified email

The Tracking Number for this Certified message is 10948. To view the
delivery details for this message, please log in to the OlympusNet
AccountManager at https://accounts.olympus.net and visit the Certified
Email section.

To check the status of delivery simply log into Account Manager for your email account and select Certified Email. Enter your tracking number to see the status of your email.
