OlympusNet defines a per-incident support issue as a specific problem or question that can be accounted for by isolating its origin to a single cause. OlympusNet, in its sole discretion, will determine what constitutes a per-incident support issue. We will make it clear if and when fees will be charged. A support incident has been resolved when the customer receives one of the following by phone or email:
