OlympusNet Per-Incident Support

OlympusNet defines a per-incident support issue as a specific problem or question that can be accounted for by isolating its origin to a single cause. OlympusNet, in its sole discretion, will determine what constitutes a per-incident support issue. We will make it clear if and when fees will be charged.

A support incident has been resolved when the customer receives one of the following by phone or email:

  • Information that resolves the issue
  • Information on how to obtain a solution that will resolve the issue
  • Information that isolates the issue to a third-party product or service, not supported by OlympusNet, such as a customer operated mail server, or a customer's third party web or mailing list server.

Cost

  • $30 per incident
