Technical Support is available from 8:30AM to 7:30PM Weekdays and from 10:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays. Technical Support is closed on Sundays. Our Customer Service staff answers calls Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 7:30PM. After 7:30PM (or when the line is busy) you will get the answering machine. Please leave a message and do specify whether you are a Macintosh or Windows user, include your email address and telephone number, and let us know the best time to reach you. One of our Technical Support staff will respond to you as quickly as possible. Messages received after hours will be responded to promptly during the next business day. |
