This document contains general setup information
that can be used by all OlympusNet DSL customers. Start by filling
out your
ISP worksheet with the information
given below, then continue with the instructions for configuring the Actiontec.
The exact setup procedure you should follow is determined by the type of
modem you have and the number of computers you will be connecting to DSL.

The Actiontec DSL modem can support multiple computer connections.
However, the current Actiontec GT 701 DSL Gateway provided by Qwest has
only one Ethernet port and only one USB port for one computer. OlympusNet
will assist you with an Ethernet cable connection for
one computer. OlympusNet does not provide tech support for networking,
wireless connectivity, or connections using a USB cable. As a courtesy to our customers, a guide for
turning on the wireless feature in the Actiontec is provided here.
If you will be setting up more than one
computer to share the DSL connection, or if you want to set up a wireless
connection, you may need to contact a Networking
Consultant for help with the network setup. You may also contact
Actiontec's technical support for help with a wireless connection at (888)
436-0657.
Follow the instructions in Qwest's Quick Start Guide and use the
following guidelines for configuring the DSL modem:
