ON-LINE OLYMPUSNET CRITICAL NEWSFLASH

June, 2002

This *CRITICAL* Newsflash was sent to all OlympusNet customers.

On Monday June 24th at 10:30PM we will move our mail to our new mail servers. To be sure that your mail will continue to work you MUST check to see that your settings match those in our easy-to-follow instructions on the web at http://www.olympus.net/mailmove. If your settings are not correct, your mail will not work after June 24th.

Please select the mail program you use (Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, etc) from one of the links on http://www.olympus.net/mailmove and print out those instructions. If your settings differ from those printed, please make the changes at any time before June 24th at 10:30PM. If you need help, call us at 385-0464 or 800-896-1751, Monday through Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 10AM until 2PM.

On Monday June 24th from 10:30 in the evening until 5:30 Tuesday morning, you will be able to send mail, but will not be able to receive mail. No mail will be lost, but mail may be out of sequence.

The reason for the move is to provide additional services. The first two services activated on June 24th will be our improved virus protection which scans BOTH inbound and outbound mail and our new Webmail that handles large mail and attachments. We will announce additional services as we bring them on-line during the summer and fall.

UPCOMING NEWSFLASHES

  • Residential and Business DSL for Port Townsend and Sequim
(We currently offer Qwest DSL in Port Angeles and Seattle)

Best Regards,
Ned Schumann and the Staff of OlympusNet
