OlympusNet announces ...

CERTIFIED MAIL

You may now track the delivery of important email such as agreements, contracts and invoices. You may also prove that a particular email's content was sent.

To use Certified Mail, we need a higher level of authentication than we currently use. That requires two simple changes which are described at How To Enable SMTP Authentication. To find out more about Certified Mail, click on the Certified Mail section in the AccountManager User Manual.

If you do not plan to use Certified Mail, you need make no changes to your settings and your OlympusNet mail will continue to work normally. For those who use Netscape 6 and earlier and want to use Certified Mail, please upgrade to Netscape 7 before making any changes.

SPAM SUMMARY

You may now opt to periodically receive a summary of the contents of your OlympusNet Spam Box. This is a labor-saver for those who want to be certain that they don't accidentally lose legitimate email. To enable your Spam Summary to be emailed to you, go to the AccountManager, log in, and look for Spam Settings/Spam Summary.

We hope that you take advantage of your AccountManager and its helpful email tools. They are among the best on the Internet.

As always, we thank you for your support.
