OlympusNet-Qwest DSL in Sequim and Port Townsend

The wait is over! Soon OlympusNet will be able to offer always-on, high-speed OlympusNet-Qwest DSL in Sequim and Port Townsend. Qwest is currently installing the necessary equipment in Sequim's Central Office. Sequim DSL should be available in late August. Port Townsend will be next, with service starting in late September.

With DSL, fast Internet comes via an already existing phone line. You can be on-line while you or another member of your household is on the phone. Prices start at $46.95 per month paid quarterly; this includes both OlympusNet's charge of $25 and Qwest's DSL charge of $21.95. (Your existing phone line charge is not included.) If you have a dedicated phone line for your Internet connection, you no longer need that line since OlympusNet-Qwest DSL comes with both voice and an Internet connection.

With OlympusNet-Qwest DSL you get:

Currently DSL covers a three mile radius from the Qwest Central Office. In Sequim the Central Office is near the Peninsula Daily News building. In Port Townsend, the Central Office is opposite the fire station. Remote DSL locations are being surveyed in Sequim and Port Angeles that will extend that three mile limit, but no time table has been set for installation.

OlympusNet-Qwest DSL is available in Seattle and Port Angeles.
