New Billing System Information 9/24/98
Many of you are already aware that we have a new billing system. As in the
past, payment is due at the beginning of your billing cycle. Among many
improved features, the new system handles overdue invoices more
efficiently. (If you always pay on time, avert your eyes and go on to the
next paragraph!) You will get an invoice several days before the beginning
of your payment period, a reminder (if needed) around the 12th of the month
and another invoice a few days before the following month. If after 45 days
we have not received payment, your account will automatically be blocked. A
payment by check or credit card, will quickly get it unblocked!
Credit Card Charges
The new billing system changes the credit card charge policy. Auto charges
will go out the first of the month. The day you get your email invoice is
the day your card will be charged. Please let us know well ahead of time,
if you wish to change credit cards or have a new expiration date. (The new
system will send an email message that your card is about to expire.)
