You are running your own mail server rather than using the mail server of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
The problem is that your 'reversed IP address' is that of your ISP rather than your own.
For example, your 'reversed IP address' is similar to c-24-14-109-145.client.comcast.net rather than an address like
smtp.mycompanyname.com. Were your 'reversed IP address' like smtp.mycompanyname.com, we would not have blocked your mail.
How to get your Message Delivered
Forward the email message you received to postmaster@olympus.net.
We will make an exception for your IP address, notify you by email that we have made the exception, whereupon you may re-send your mail.
Please note that this is a temporary exemption, not a permanent one.
Our Suggestion
To eliminate this problem, ask your ISP to provide you with a 'reverse IP address' that looks similar to 'smtp.mycompanyname.com'.
Your mail will likely be rejected by ISPs with strong anti-spam policies until your ISP is able to make this change.
