Olympic Mountain Pet Pals (OMPP) is pleased to sponsor the "Pets to People" program. Pets to People is a three-way partnership involving OMPP volunteers, their beloved family pets and the residents of Kah Tai Care Center and Victoria House.

The program was created in light of numerous studies highlighting the health benefits of pet therapy. Most would agree that pets make us feel safe, accepted and happy, and many believe that a pet's devotion and unconditional love can boost our mental and physical health.

OMPP volunteers bring "the joy of gently prancing paws and wet smiles" to the residents of Kah Tai Care Center and Victoria House on regularly scheduled visitation dates.
