DISTRICT 15 CAMPOUT 2008

It would be the delight of District 15 members to welcome visitors to our campout. We hope you will join us for this most enjoyable event. There will be workshops and shows, and, of course, jams all day, every day and into the night. If you have any questions please contact George Yount  . A BIG THANKS goes out to all the volunteers who are working to make this campout a huge success. Without their dedication and hard work we could never pull it off.

Where: Sequim Prairie Grange

DIRECTIONS FROM HOOD CANAL BRIDGE
West on 104 (which turns into 101 - follow signs to Port Angeles).
Turn RIGHT onto Carlsborg Road (this turns into Cays Road).
Turn LEFT onto Macleay Road.

Campers can arrive as early as Thursday evening. However, there will be no access to the main building before 10:00 AM Friday morning. The main building must be vacated by 10:00 PM Sunday. Departure no later than 10:00 AM Monday.
Facilities: Level Parking No Hookups $10.00 per night per rig or tent. Make check payable to WOTFA, District 15, and submit to the Parking Supervisor, or a District 15 Officer upon arrival. Grange does not allow any RV plug-ins. Violators will be unplugged.
The main building is Wheel Chair Accessible ~ Restrooms are not. Restrooms in the outside kitchen area ARE wheelchair accessible.
 
No tables or chairs from inside any building are to be taken outside. Please do not sit on tables.
 
Horseshoe pits are available for your enjoyment - there are no tournaments planned.

DURING MEALS - Absolutely no unauthorized personnel are allowed in the kitchen area during meal preparation (we would, however, welcome any help with the dishes and clean up!).
~NOTE: Refrigeration available.~

Saturday: two shows, afternoon and evening.

WATCH YOUR CHILDREN - There is an open irrigation ditch in the trees at the edge of the property. An adult must supervise children at all times.

PETS - Walk your dog in the designated areas. As a courtesy and safety to all members, dogs are not allowed off leash at any time. No animals are allowed inside the main building at any time.

Silent Auction tables will be featured again with donated items and gift baskets. Auction winners will be announced and posted on Friday night and during intermissions at Saturday afternoon and evening shows.
