• Monthly meetings of the DRMT are usually held on the second Wednesday of each month from 2:00-5:00 PM at the Dungeness River Audubon Center.  Please check the EVENTS CALENDAR for actual date and time.  The meetings are open to the public.  An AGENDA will be posted prior to the monthly meeting.

Dungeness River Management Team

MONTHLY MEETING DATES AND VICE CHAIR ROTATION

January - December 2010

Regular meetings of the Dungeness River Management Team have been scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 2:00 - 5:00 PM, at the Dungeness River Center. The Vice Chairs for the meetings are listed in the chart below. The duties for the Vice Chair are as follows:
 

• Take over the meeting if the Chairperson is not in attendance, or portions of the meeting where the Chairperson wants to participate extensively in the discussion.
   
• Be responsible for keeping time of the Agenda items, and for recording, as necessary, notes on the flip charts.

• Unless notified otherwise, DRMT meetings will be held in the River Center at Railroad Bridge Park from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Occasionally, time changes and field trips may occur in place of meetings. Please call Shawn Hines (360) 681-4664 or e-mail shines@jamestowntribe.org at the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe to confirm meeting time and place.
   

• In the case of inclement weather, a decision of whether to hold the meeting will be made by 10:00 AM the day of the scheduled meeting. We will attempt to notify members promptly of any cancellation, but please call ahead if you want to be sure of the meeting time and place.
