Vendor Information

JURIED FAIR: This fair is juried and only arts and crafts made by the exhibitor will be accepted.

BUY/SELL OR IMPORTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (except those grandfathered in since 1987)

LIMITED SPACE: Please reserve your space with your advanced payment by October 1, 2009. Confirmations will be mailed out by October 15, 2009. Please include a self-addressed stamp envelope.

SPACE COST AND SIZES: 6 x 10, $45.00. 8 x 10, $50.00. 10 x 10, $55.00. The majority of the spaces are 6 x 10. The larger spaces are assigned on a first come first basis.

ELECTRICAL SPACES: Very limited. Notify us if your exhibit requires electricity. Notification does not guarantee electricity, but every effort will be made to provide you with electricity.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL: The craft fair reserves the right to reject or refuse any exhibit it deems unacceptable, with a full refund of your registration fees.

REFUNDS: Will be given only with three weeks written notice of your intent to cancel.
