An ellipsoidal Boundary Value Problem (BVP) based on observables of the types terrestrial, satellite, and airborne gravimetry, satellite altimetry, astronomical latitude and astronomical longitude is solved. By using this BVP, solved for every country separately, gravity potential value of the zero point of all national height systems can be computed. The zero point of the national height datum can be realized by precise GPS observations at the reference benchmark of the country. The difference between computed gravity potential value of the zero point of the country and geoid's potential can be regarded as a means for global height datum unification.
